Recent Beckenham Kitchen Renovation

This Beckenham kitchen renovation was all about making the most of the available space. The room had a few architectural challenges and storage was fairly limited, so every cabinet had to work hard.

To maximise storage, we opted for a vented hob, eliminating the need for a bulky extractor above the cooker and freeing up valuable cupboard space. We also designed a bespoke pantry to the left of the chimney breast, with the fridge neatly positioned on the right. A matching painted door provides access to the chimney storage, giving the whole run a seamless built-in look.

The homeowners chose a painted shaker kitchen in a timeless Pantry Blue and Porcelain colour scheme, complemented by natural oak cabinet interiors, quartz worktops and a full-height splashback behind the hob.

Practicality was just as important as appearance, with deep drawers, integrated waste storage and carefully planned lighting to make the kitchen easy to use every day.

The project included the complete renovation, from removing the existing kitchen through to plumbing, electrics, flooring, decorating and final installation. The finished result is a bright, elegant kitchen that feels more spacious than before and is designed to work beautifully for everyday family life.
